About Tom Meginnis, Founder
As the founder of Quest Custom Homes, Tom Meginnis brings over 30 years of experience and a unique ability to align with homebuyers' vision to Omaha's custom home market. He's a lifelong adventurer with a love for all manner of outdoor hobbies, including fishing, hunting, golfing, skydiving, and piloting—to name just a few. In fact, Tom's intrepid persona as a college student, which earned him the nickname "Johnny Quest," serves as our namesake.
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and a graduate of UNL Business College, Tom builds homes not only in all of Omaha's finest subdivisions, but any other location his clients choose to call home as well. With the support of his wife, Karen, who manages the office, coordinates meetings, and maintains communication with clients, Tom's commitment to innovative custom home design, along with his experience, knowledge, timeliness, and ongoing quest to build superb dream homes goes unrivaled in Omaha.
